Effective date: October 16, 2026.
This policy applies to the Evumi service at evumi.bunship.site, operated by the administrator reachable at support@bunship.site. Evumi provides website analytics, reports, and optional integrations with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. Operators of other, self-hosted Evumi instances are responsible for their own privacy notices and data practices.
Data we process
- Accounts: Your email address, profile name, chosen avatar, authentication records, and sessions. Password sign-in stores a password hash, not a plaintext password.
- Website analytics: Page paths, referrers, timestamps, events and properties supplied by the site operator, approximate geography, browser and operating-system information, and pseudonymous visitor or session identifiers. IP addresses and User-Agent headers are processed during collection to derive these fields; they are not retained as raw values in ordinary analytics event records. Network and hosting providers may separately process request metadata.
- Google integrations: The OAuth client configuration supplied by a team, authorization credentials, accessible property identifiers, and the reports requested through the enabled integration. Google OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest with the server's credential-encryption key.
Site operators choose which events and properties to collect and are responsible for any notices and consent required on their sites. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal information as analytics properties.
How Google data is used
Connecting Google is optional. Evumi requests only the following read-only permissions:
- Google Analytics: List accounts and properties available to the authorizing user and import selected GA4 aggregate reports into the site's analytics history.
- Google Search Console: List accessible properties and display search-performance reports, including queries, pages, countries, and devices, for the connected site.
Evumi uses this information to provide the reports and imports you request. It does not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized AI models. Evumi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access and service providers
Reports are accessible according to site visibility, team roles, and permissions granted to API or MCP clients. Making a site public can make its reports, including imported history or connected reporting features, visible to people who are not team members. Review site visibility before connecting or importing data. An authorized client can receive reports within its granted access; its handling of those reports is subject to that client's own policies.
The hosted service uses its server and storage infrastructure to process data, Cloudflare for request delivery and private backup storage, and Resend for account email delivery. Service providers process the data needed for those functions. Google receives integration requests when you connect an account or request its reports. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or as necessary to protect the service and its users.
Retention, disconnecting, and deletion
Account data and analytics history are retained while needed to provide the service, unless removed through an available product control or a deletion request. Reports imported into Evumi become stored analytics history. Disconnecting Google removes the saved connection credentials from the active application, but does not automatically delete previously imported reports. Backup copies may persist until replaced or removed through backup maintenance.
You can disconnect a site in Evumi's integration settings and independently revoke Evumi's access through your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further authorized Google API access; it does not remove existing imported history.
For account or analytics deletion, access, or correction requests, contact support@bunship.site with the affected account or site. We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Visitors to a tracked website should contact that website's operator, who controls its collection and reporting.
